I want to report a site that ripped me off - Stub Hub

I sold some tickets to a suns game because i could no longer attend and the business "Stub Hub" is stealing all but 18 dollars of the 280 dollars that I made. Their 42 dollars commission wasn't enough, so in addition they have informed me that they are taking 220 of my profits.
