I too spoke with a Neomi and paid £350 when I had a confirmed booking. Nobody turned up for this booking and I called Butterflyz who said they would call me back. They did not. I have reported them to watchdog and I know 2 other people who have paid money and had nothing back. I spoke to a Janet in accounts today who is looking into what happened with my booking! I have spoken with Janet, Lauren,Frankie,Neomi,Abbie and Charlie.I call from different phone numbers as if I phone from the mobile number they have, nobody answers. Their phone number is 0871 872 8242. I also think there are probably only a couple of people using different names as their voices sound very similar. They will not get away with it as they are not as clever as they like to think!
NOTE FROM DONNALYNNE - Big red flag: never pay money to secure a job or position - that's almost always the sign of a scam. If its legitimate, the hirer should be the one paying any agency fee that's involved.
